Since we’re only about 11.5 weeks along, the nurse wasn’t sure she was going to be able to find it. She said it’s usually at 12+ weeks that you can start hearing the heartbeat. “So, don’t be disappointed if we don’t hear it, OK.” she said. It was going to be hard to follow her advice, but I didn’t have too! It did take her a while to find it, but when she did, it was really cool. We could even hear the baby moving around.

UnfortunatelyDevin wasn’t able to be there (he was going live with their site at work, didn’t even get home until midnight last night). My mom was there and, of course, she cried. Anyway, just wanted to post an update. Everything is looking good!
