I was cruising the web a while back, looking for some legitimate ways to earn a bit of extra cash when I came across PayPerPost. Basically, it’s a program that pays you for posting to your blog. Now, you can’t just post anything you want and get paid for it, but I’ve found that there are a lot of interesting topics available to write about. From creating buzz about a new product to writing about your experience sponsoring an Alzheimer’s Walk team, there is always something worth writing about.

I have always wanted to get a blog up and running, but just never got around to it (same goes for my web site). PayPerPost, as well as a few other life events, seem to have given me the boost I needed to actually get it off the ground. Even though I have never been much of a writer, I have found that (so far at least) posting to my blog has been very enjoyable. I am looking forward to adding more personal topics as well as opportunities from PayPerPost to my blog.

While this will never be a full-time job or career for me, the extra cash I hope to earn will definitely be helpful. I might even be able to make enough to help cover my City of Heroes habit!
